Program Manager (Digital Transformation)
Position Scope:
As a Customer & Digital Transformation Manager within the Transformation team, you will oversee the management and development of transformation leads (project managers), business analysts, a BPM expert, and change leads. You will drive the successful execution of digital transformation programs, focusing on the adoption of new technologies and enhancing customer journeys in alignment with strategic business goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage, inspire, and grow a multi-disciplinary team, aligning activities with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of success and development.
- Program Management: Lead digital transformation programs, ensuring effective planning, implementation of new technologies, and improvement of core customer journeys.
- Knowledge Sharing: Build and facilitate knowledge transfer within and across teams to promote best practices and continuous learning.
- People Development: Guide and support team members in their professional growth, ensuring individual and team capability enhancement.
- Program Delivery: Oversee resource, financial, and delivery planning for transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy.
- Governance and Compliance: Establish and oversee program governance, ensuring compliance throughout all phases of delivery.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively manage interdependencies between projects and address risks, potential issues, and roadblocks to ensure effective delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Lead effective communication with internal teams, group stakeholders, executive management, and the Board.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent in experience) in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
- Significant experience in program or project management with a strong track record in managing teams.
- Expertise in transformation leadership, business process reengineering, and enterprise portfolio management, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, resource and budget planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English required.

- Organizational Excellence: Bringing a structured, results-driven approach, you effectively manage governance, resources, and budgets, ensuring all transformation programs are compliant and delivered efficiently.
- Educational Credentials: You have a Master’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field—or bring equivalent depth of knowledge through professional experience.
