Job description

Als Teamlead Audit Manager binnen de Audit-afdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en aansturen van een team auditors dat audits uitvoert bij diverse bedrijven en organisaties. Je beoordeelt administratieve en financiële processen en waarborgt de kwaliteit van de auditwerkzaamheden volgens de ISA-standaarden. Samen met de partner bepaal je de auditstrategie en zorg je voor een efficiënte uitvoering. Daarnaast fungeer je als een belangrijke adviseur voor klanten en draag je bij aan due diligence, interne audits en bijzondere opdrachten. In deze rol combineer je vakinhoudelijke expertise met leidinggevende en coachende vaardigheden binnen een dynamische werkomgeving.



Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden


  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team auditors bij diverse auditopdrachten
  • Opstellen en implementeren van auditstrategieën volgens ISA-standaarden
  • Beoordelen van financiële processen en administratieve structuren bij klanten
  • Opstellen van rapportages en geven van gefundeerde adviezen aan klanten
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s binnen het team
  • Ondersteunen bij due diligence, interne audits en bijzondere juridische opdrachten
  • Optimaliseren van interne processen en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van het team
Profile description
  • Je hebt een diploma in een financiële of economische richting en ervaring als auditor
  • Minstens 8 jaar ervaring binnen audit, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende rol
  • Je bent in het bezit van een IBR certificaat
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om complexe financiële informatie helder over te brengen
  • Ervaring met het coachen en motiveren van een team
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig in een dynamische werkomgeving
