Jouw functie:
Als Medewerker Boekhouding ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het registreren en centraliseren van financiële gegevens van de verschillende entiteiten binnen de groep.
  • Het controleren van boekhoudkundige documenten volgens interne richtlijnen.
  • Het verwerken en opvolgen van inkomende, uitgaande en interne groepsfacturen.
  • Het opmaken van uitgaande facturatie en opvolgen van openstaande klanten.
  • Het uitvoeren van periodieke afsluitingen en het opvolgen van boekhoudlijsten.
  • Administratieve voorbereiding van kredietdossiers en het verbeteren van interne processen.
  • Het opvolgen van loonadministratie en opstellen van contracten.
  • Samenwerken met de hoofdboekhouder, zaakvoerders en een extern boekhoudkantoor.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een hogere opleiding in een financiële richting.
  • Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je bent discreet en weet perfect om te gaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en prioriteert effectief.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van IT-toepassingen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
