Manager Accountancy & Reporting – Trilingual (NL/ENG/FR), Brussels
As Manager Accountancy & Reporting, you are responsible for leading and developing a dynamic team within the Accountancy & Reporting department. You play a central role in coaching, guiding, and motivating employees. You ensure the highest quality standards and oversee the timely and accurate delivery of all files.
- Final responsibility: safeguarding the quality of services and ensuring proper follow-up of client files.
- Trusted advisor: providing expert advice to a wide range of clients (from local SMEs to large corporations) in accountancy, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Client relationship management: building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive contact and regular visits.
- Operational involvement: in addition to your leadership role, you actively participate in complex assignments together with senior colleagues, applying your expertise directly in the field and delivering innovative solutions.
The role requires in-depth knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, tax expertise, and banking relationship management. You carry full responsibility for achieving team objectives and ensuring the professional growth of your staff. Communication flows smoothly in Dutch, English, and French. The working environment is international and hybrid, with flexible working hours and access to a global network of colleagues.

- Trilingual: Proficiency in Dutch, English, and French is essential to seamlessly interact with diverse clients and teams across our international network.

- Expertise & experience: You hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in a financial-economic field and have at least eight years of experience in accountancy or consultancy. Experience with international files is an asset.
- ITAA recognition: You are interested in obtaining, or already hold, recognition by the ITAA.
- Strong communication skills: You can communicate professionally and empathetically, both in writing and orally, and you are comfortable maintaining long-term collaborations.
- Responsible & structured: You take ownership, work in a planned and structured manner, and can maintain oversight even in complex situations.
- Hands-on mentality: You combine strategic thinking with execution and are willing to be actively involved in challenging assignments together with your senior colleagues.
