Position Overview


The Head of Sales for the Russian market leads the end-to-end sales process, driving organizational growth and securing market leadership through business acquisition and exceptional client relationship management.

  • Business Acquisition: Oversee the entire sales funnel—from prospecting to deal closure—for new clients, with a strategic focus on expanding market share and entering new segments within Russia.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage key accounts and ensure long-term partnerships through tailored solutions and consistent engagement with clients, safeguarding retention and satisfaction.
  • Sales Leadership: Set and communicate a clear vision and strategic goals for the sales team; provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop data-driven sales strategies based on comprehensive market analysis and sales analytics, adapting methods to the evolving competitive landscape.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, building and sustaining relationships with strategic clients to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competition, and client needs to inform decision-making and maintain a leadership position in the Russian market.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor sales KPI’s, provide regular reporting, and drive continuous improvement in team performance and operational processes.
  • CRM Systems & Analytics: Utilize CRM platforms and analytics tools to optimize customer engagement and sales efficiency.
  • Negotiation: Represent the organization in negotiations and high-level discussions, securing mutually beneficial agreements and fostering trust.
  • Leadership & People Management: Build and develop a high-performing sales organization, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Full professional proficiency in Russian and English is required for overseeing cross-functional communications and client engagements.
