Nous recherchons un Technicien IT Support L1/L2 pour rejoindre une PME dynamique en croissance basée dans la région de Liège. Vous serez le point de contact privilégié pour le support utilisateurs et les interventions techniques sur plusieurs sites. Ce rôle polyvalent et concret vous permettra de travailler en autonomie dans un environnement de proximité, en gérant aussi bien les incidents de premier niveau que les problématiques plus complexes. Vous assurerez la continuité du service informatique et contribuerez directement à la productivité de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Fournir un support technique de premier et deuxième niveau aux utilisateurs via téléphone, email et interventions sur site
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents informatiques (matériel, logiciel, connectivité réseau)
  • Intervenir sur plusieurs sites de l'entreprise pour les dépannages et les installations
  • Gérer le parc informatique : inventaire, maintenance préventive et mise à jour des équipements
  • Assurer la configuration et le déploiement de postes de travail et périphériques
  • Documenter les incidents et les solutions apportées dans le système de ticketing
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les prestataires externes pour les problématiques complexes
  • Participer à la mise en place de bonnes pratiques en matière de sécurité informatique et de conformité

Profil du Candidat

Nous recherchons un candidat autonome, rigoureux et orienté client, capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement PME dynamique. Vous devez maîtriser le français couramment et posséder un niveau minimum intermédiaire en néerlandais — ce dernier étant un critère essentiel pour ce poste. Vous êtes quelqu'un de proactif, capable de gérer plusieurs priorités, avec une bonne capacité d'adaptation et un véritable sens du service. Votre approche pragmatique et votre rigueur technique vous permettront de résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace et durable.

Expérience et expertise requises :

  • Expérience confirmée en support informatique L1/L2 (minimum 2-3 ans)
  • Maîtrise des systèmes d'exploitation Windows et/ou Linux
  • Connaissance des réseaux informatiques (TCP/IP, configuration réseau de base)
  • Expérience avec les outils de ticketing et de gestion d'incidents
  • Compétences en diagnostic matériel et logiciel
  • Maîtrise du français courant et du néerlandais minimum intermédiaire (critère obligatoire)
  • Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs sites et à gérer des déplacements réguliers
