Job description

Ben jij een ervaren transportprofessional die graag een team aanstuurt en operationele processen naar een hoger niveau tilt? Als Transport Coördinator ben jij de spil tussen chauffeurs, dispatchers en administratieve medewerkers en zorg je dat alles op rolletjes loopt.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Operationele aansturing: Coördineren van de dagelijkse werking van de transportafdeling en zorgen dat alles efficiënt verloopt.

Teamleiding: Aansturen en coachen van chauffeurs, dispatch- en administratieve medewerkers; eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team.

KPI & doelstellingen: Bewaken van operationele KPI’s en bijdragen aan het behalen van de doelstellingen.

Procesoptimalisatie: Controleren van processen, bijsturen waar nodig en verbeteren van de workflow.

Rapportering: Regelmatig rapporteren aan de Transport Manager en zorgen voor duidelijke terugkoppeling.


Wie ben jij:

Ervaring & opleiding: Relevante ervaring in baantransport; hogere opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Leiderschap: Sterk in people management en organisatorisch talent.

Communicatie: Zelfstandig werken met duidelijke en efficiënte communicatie richting management en teamleden.

Persoonlijkheid: Stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en hands-on.

Praktisch: In het bezit van rijbewijs B; vlot in Nederlands en goed in Engels.
