Digital marketing specialist
We're on the lookout for a vibrant Digital Marketing Specialist 🌟 with a solid history of crafting and steering digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be a pro at crafting full-fledged digital strategies, juggling both paid and organic campaigns, and diving deep into performance metrics for optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the content team to sync upcoming articles/projects for the week. 📅
- Use the content team's publishing schedule to cleverly plan organic LinkedIn posts, complete with messaging, captivating copy, CTAs, and visuals. ✍️
- Execute paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads in line with the overarching digital strategy. 💰
- Curate content for both the external newsletter and the LinkedIn Newsletter, sticking to the Friday posting and sending timeline. 📧
- Dive into past campaign data for a comprehensive analysis, spotting areas ripe for improvement and optimization. 📊
- Host regular meetings to dissect campaign and newsletter analytics, offering insights for continuous enhancement. 🤝
- Take charge of organizing and supervising podcasts, webinars, and other engaging audio-visual content to captivate our target audience. 🎙️
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, focusing on campaign management and digital strategy. 🕒
- Proficiency in online advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc. 💻
- Analytical skills, able to decipher data and turn insights into actionable strategies. 🧠
- Communication skills, written and verbal, with a sharp attention to detail. 💬
- Ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines in a high-energy environment. ⚡
- Bonus points for familiarity with SEO techniques, email marketing, and graphic design principles. 🌐
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 🎓
