Als Group Controller stuur je de financiële en business controlling-processen aan
in verschillende landen. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en lokale
controllers om strategische keuzes te ondersteunen en de groei van het bedrijf
te bevorderen. Je hebt een sleutelrol in het verbeteren van financiële
processen en efficiëntie op internationaal niveau.


Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden


·  Coördineren van financiële en business controlling-activiteiten in meerdere landen.

·  Samenwerken met lokale controllers en Managing Directors om prestaties te verbeteren.

·  Begeleiden en motiveren van het Business Controlling-team.

·  Toezicht houden op compliance en proces efficiëntie verbeteren.

·  Verbeteren van financiële systemen en processen met data-analyse.

·  Leiden van strategische projecten die de financiële koers bepalen

Profile description

·       Opleiding: Master in Bedrijfskunde, Finance of Accounting; bijkomende kwalificaties (CFA, CPA) zijn een plus.

·       Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar in een senior financiële of boekhoudkundige rol, met ervaring in controlling en teamleiding in een
internationale context.

·       Technische vaardigheden: Kennis van financiële systemen (SAP, Oracle), PowerBI en bij voorkeur SQL.

·       Talen: Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

·       Mindset: Proactief, hands-on, gericht op groei en verbetering in een internationale, snel veranderende omgeving.
