Job description

Mission
Planifier, déployer et optimiser les plateformes de services (SMS, IVR, USSD, systèmes de recharge, etc.) en alignement avec les objectifs business et stratégiques de l’entreprise.

Activités principales

  • Conception et architecture :
    • Définir l’architecture et l’ingénierie des services VAS (Value-Added Services) et leur intégration avec les éléments du réseau Orange (IN, billing, systèmes de vente, plateformes VAS, Core Network).
    • Analyser les besoins des BU B2B et B2C, les traduire en demandes de changement (change requests) et assurer leur mise en production.
  • Gestion de projets :
    • Planifier et superviser les projets d’acquisition, d’upgrade et d’intégration de nouvelles plateformes.
    • Piloter les projets d’upgrade matériel et logiciel des plateformes existantes.
    • Vérifier et valider les livrables avec les acteurs internes et externes.
  • Optimisation et qualité de service :
    • Suivre et analyser la qualité de service des plateformes, et proposer des plans d’action pour leur amélioration.
    • Accompagner les projets de modernisation des systèmes d’information (SI) et du cœur de réseau.
  • Gestion des achats :
    • Planifier et optimiser les achats liés aux projets d’acquisition ou d’upgrade.


Profile description

Savoir-faire et compétences techniques

  • Expérience dans la conception et l’intégration de services VAS (SMS, IVR, USSD, systèmes de recharge).
  • Connaissance des architectures réseau et des interconnexions avec les systèmes IN, billing, et Core Network.
  • Maîtrise de la gestion de projets techniques, notamment l’intégration et l’upgrade de plateformes.
  • Compétences en analyse de besoins et en traduction des exigences métier en solutions techniques.
  • Capacité à superviser la qualité de service et à mettre en œuvre des plans d’amélioration.

Qualités requises

  • Forte capacité de planification et d’organisation.
  • Rigueur et sens du détail pour le contrôle des livrables.
  • Excellente communication pour collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Esprit d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.

Expérience et formation

  • Ingénieur avec un minimum de 4 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
  • Connaissance des environnements techniques et des plateformes de services dans le secteur des télécommunications.

Location: Charleroi · Hybrid, with 3 days on-site per week · Limited travel (<10%), mainly within EuropePosition Overview: This role focuses on cybersecurity risk assessment and secure architecture design specifically for railway systems.
