Omschrijving van de functie

Voor een internationaal en toonaangevend productiebedrijf in regio Waregem (West-Vlaanderen) zoeken we een Inventory Planner die verantwoordelijk wordt voor het plannen, bewaken en optimaliseren van de voorraadniveaus. Je zorgt voor een gezonde balans tussen beschikbaarheid, kostenefficiëntie en productiecontinuïteit. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse interne teams en neemt datagedreven beslissingen die de efficiëntie van de volledige supply chain versterken.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Beheren en optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus voor toegewezen productgroepen.
• Analyseren van vraagpatronen, forecastdata en trends om nauwkeurige planningen op te stellen.
• Afstemmen van voorraad- en productiebehoeften met planning, aankoop en logistiek.
• Signaleren van risico’s op stock-outs of overschotten en tijdig corrigerende acties nemen.
• Monitoren van leverbetrouwbaarheid en materiaalbeschikbaarheid en bijsturen bij afwijkingen.
• Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten binnen supply chain & inventory management.
• Rapporteren over KPI’s, voorraadstatussen en optimalisatiemogelijkheden.

Operationele verantwoordelijkheden

• Dagelijkse opvolging van stock, bestellingen en materiaalbeschikbaarheid in ERP.
• Aanpassen en bewaken van minimum- en maximumvoorraden.
• Controleren en actualiseren van voorraad- en productmasterdata.
• Analyseren van verouderde stock, rotatie, veiligheidsvoorraden en seizoenspatronen.
• Opvolgen van levertijden, afwijkingen en productiebehoeften.
• Uitvoeren van ad-hoc analyses ter ondersteuning van supply chain beslissingen.

Je profiel

• Bachelor of master in supply chain, logistiek, economie of gelijkaardig.
• Eerste ervaring in planning, supply chain of analytische functies is een plus.
• Sterk analytisch inzicht, datagedreven en probleemoplossend ingesteld.
• Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en stressbestendig.
• Ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP is een troef) en goede Excelvaardigheden.
• Communicatief sterk en vlot samenwerken met diverse afdelingen.
• Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
