Voor een internationale marktleider gevestigd in Antwerpen zoek ik een ambitieuze Accounting Manager met zowel sterke analytische als leidinggevende vaardigheden.


  • Toezicht houden op de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige activiteiten.
  • Opstellen en analyseren van financiële rapportages en overzichten.
  • Beheren van budgetten en financiële prognoses.
  • Coördineren en begeleiden van het boekhoudkundig personeel, inclusief het aansturen en managen van een team van +5 personen.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van boekhoudkundige normen en voorschriften.
  • Optimaliseren van boekhoudkundige processen en systemen.
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen en het managementteam om financiële doelstellingen te behalen.
Profile description

Kwalificaties:


  • Een bachelor/master opleiding in Accounting/finance of aangevuld met minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Diepgaande kennis van boekhoudkundige en fiscale wet- en regelgeving.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de boekhouding is een sterke pré voor de functie van Accounting Manager.

Junior Credit Risk Analyst

As a Junior Credit Risk Analyst, you are responsible for independently analyzing credit files and assessing the creditworthiness of (potential) clients in close collaboration with external credit insurers to minimize financial risk.Financial and Risk Analysis: Conduct detailed financial and risk analyses on received credit applications. Prepare and substantiate decisions regarding credit approvals and submit processed files for final approval, aiming to prevent defaults, fraudulent deliveries, and reduce debtor payment delays.Portfolio Monitoring: Control and analyze financial data, balance sheets, and budgets of ongoing cases. Head of Enterprise Risk Management

The Head of Enterprise Risk Management plays a key role in supporting stakeholders such as EXCO, Senior Management, and Shariah in developing and maintaining the bank’s risk governance framework. Working across both Conventional and Islamic Banking portfolios, this role drives awareness of Operational Risk, Market Risk, and Liquidity Risk. The primary objective is to embed strong enterprise risk management processes throughout the organization by coordinating, communicating, and executing aspects related to the Bank's Risk Management framework.On a day-to-day basis, the Head of Enterprise Risk Management serves as the central liaison between departments, ensuring risk culture is understood and adopted firmwide. Responsibilities involve interfacing directly with business lines to identify, assess, and help mitigate potential risks that may affect the bank’s objectives and reputation.
