IT System Engineer
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and
system management tools.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible
solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the
human intervention time on any tasks.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
Proven experience in managing Active Directory, Windows Hello, GPO.
• Proficient in using SCCM, intune for system deployment and management.
• Experience of Veeam for backup solutions.
• Experience in data center management.
• Experience in networking.
• PowerShell scripting skills.
• Strong knowledge in Windows server management.
• Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accept and support changes, adapting quickly to new technologies and
developments in the IT environment.
• Experience in Jira (using & managing )
• Proven experience in azure cloud & office 365
• Experience & mindset in security
• Experience in sql server
• Experience in a software development company
