Job description
- Respond to customer support calls and tickets in a professional and courteous manner.
- Diagnose and resolve customers' technical problems using remote support tools.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve their IT problems.
- Install, configure and update systems remotely.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in a ticket management system.
- Collaborate with other members of the service desk team to resolve complex problems.
Profile description
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a remote engineer
- Hard skills: Back up software support, system administration (ad), microsoft 365 , powershell, back up (Veeam, or others), Vm ware
- Languages: FR/ENG
