Job description
  • Respond to customer support calls and tickets in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve customers' technical problems using remote support tools.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve their IT problems.
  • Install, configure and update systems remotely.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in a ticket management system.
  • Collaborate with other members of the service desk team to resolve complex problems.
Profile description
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a remote engineer
  • Hard skills: Back up software support, system administration (ad), microsoft 365 , powershell, back up (Veeam, or others), Vm ware
  • Languages: FR/ENG
