Project manager:

Als Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verloop van complexe klasse 8 bouwprojecten, van de voorbereiding tot en met de oplevering. Je stuurt verschillende teams aan en zorgt ervoor dat alles goed op elkaar afgestemd is, zowel technisch, financieel als organisatorisch. Dankzij jouw overzicht en aanpak verlopen projecten vlot en volgens planning.

Jouw taken gaan als volgt:

Je bepaalt de projectstrategie en stuurt complexe klasse 8 projecten aan van start tot oplevering
• Je bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit en houdt het overzicht over alle fases
• Je coördineert teams, onderaannemers en partners en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking
• Je volgt de financiële resultaten op en optimaliseert waar nodig
• Je bouwt sterke relaties op met klanten en stakeholders
• Je werkt met veel autonomie, ondersteund door een ervaren organisatie
• Je hebt directe impact op zowel de uitvoering als het resultaat van projecten
• Je werkt aan technisch uitdagende projecten in heel België, met focus op Limburg

Je vereisten:


Opleiding

  • Burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde

Vaardigheden

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een plus
  • Sterk in communicatie, onderhandelingen en het uitbouwen van commerciële relaties
