Job description

Notre client est un acteur dynamique et en pleine croissance dans le secteur du conseil financier, offrant des projets de qualité comparable à ceux des grands cabinets de conseil. Bien qu'ils soient plus petits que les Big 4, ils proposent une approche plus personnalisée et agile, ce qui leur permet de se différencier dans le marché français. L'entreprise recherche un(e) Consultant(e) en Finance pour rejoindre leur équipe et soutenir leur expansion.

Missions principales :

  • Conseil stratégique en finance : Accompagner les clients dans la définition de leur stratégie financière, en lien avec la gestion de la performance, l’optimisation des coûts, et la gestion des risques financiers.
  • Gestion de projets financiers : Superviser des projets financiers complexes, de l’analyse à la mise en œuvre, en collaboration avec les équipes internes et les clients.
  • Analyse financière avancée : Réaliser des analyses financières approfondies, des évaluations de performance, des prévisions budgétaires et des audits financiers.
  • Optimisation des processus financiers : Proposer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer l’efficacité des processus financiers des clients.
  • Encadrement d’équipes : Manager des équipes juniors et leur offrir un soutien technique et méthodologique dans la réalisation des missions.
  • Relation client : Assurer une relation de confiance avec les clients, comprendre leurs besoins, et être le point de contact privilégié tout au long des missions.
  • Développement commercial : Participer à la rédaction des propositions commerciales et à l’élargissement du portefeuille clients de l’entreprise.


Profile description

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en finance, idéalement dans un cabinet de conseil ou une grande entreprise. Une expérience avec des clients de taille intermédiaire à grande est un plus.
  • Compétences techniques : Solides compétences en analyse financière, gestion de projets et modélisation financière. Maîtrise des outils Excel avancés, SAP et/ou autres logiciels financiers.
  • Compétences relationnelles : Excellente capacité de communication, tant en français qu’en anglais, et aptitude à établir des relations de confiance avec des clients.
  • Esprit d’équipe et leadership : Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en prenant des initiatives et en encadrant des collaborateurs moins expérimentés.
  • Autonomie et rigueur : Autonomie dans l’organisation des missions, sens du détail, et capacité à respecter les délais et exigences des clients.
  • Formation : Diplôme de niveau Bac +5 en finance, comptabilité, gestion, ou équivalent (grande école de commerce, université).

General Accountant – Oracle ERP & UK/IFRS/BE GAAP

Junior Accountant – Process Automation & Optimization

Position Overview:This role is responsible for supporting the Financial Controller by combining bookkeeping duties with process automation and optimization initiatives.
