Job description
  1. Effectuer des visites sur site chez les clients pour installer, configurer et mettre en service des équipements informatiques et des systèmes.
  2. Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels et logiciels sur site de manière efficace.
  3. Effectuer des opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective sur les équipements informatiques.
  4. Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et recommander des solutions appropriées.
  5. Assurer la documentation complète des interventions sur site et des procédures suivies.
  6. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe du rempote service desk pour résoudre les problèmes complexes.
  7. Suivre les procédures de sécurité informatique et respecter les politiques de l'entreprise.
  8. Participer à la formation continue pour rester à jour sur les nouvelles technologies et les meilleures pratiques du secteur.
