Omschrijving van de functie

Als Warehouse Controller werk je op onze site in Zwijndrecht waar je nauw samenwerkt met ons uitgebreid dynamisch team van gedreven magazijniers.


Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en uitvoeren van alle magazijnactiviteiten, met aandacht voor het behalen van hoogwaardige resultaten.


Deze complexe en gedeeltelijk administratieve positie combineert praktische magazijnwerkzaamheden met kantooractiviteiten. Na volledige opleiding (6 tot 12 maanden) breng je gemiddeld 30% van je tijd door in het kantoor, waar je administratieve taken en voorraadbeheer uitvoert.


Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het verwerken van de ontvangst van geleverde goederen en het controleren op kwaliteit en volledigheid
  • Het verwerken van materiaal aanvragen door de productieafdeling en het verzamelen van de juiste goederen
  • Het verpakken en labellen van verzendingen volgens kwaliteitsstandaarden
  • Het verzenden van goederen en het bijhouden van verzendgegevens
  • Het uitvoeren van voorraadbeheer in SAP, zodat de administratie perfect aansluit bij de fysieke voorraad
  • Het uitvoeren van cyclische stocktellingen om de voorraadgegevens actueel te houden
  • Het naleven van bedrijfsbeleidslijnen met betrekking tot veiligheids- en milieuprocedures
  • Het werken in overeenstemming met veiligheidsreglementeringen van ADR, IATA en IMDG
  • Het waarborgen van prioriteiten en kwaliteitsstandaarden om storingen in de dienstverlening naar interne en externe klanten te voorkomen


Jouw vereiste ervaring en expertise:

  • Opleiding op minimaal niveau A2 (ASO-TSO) of gelijkwaardig.
  • Vlotte PC-kennis (Word, Excel en vergelijkbare programma's).
  • Bij voorkeur kennis van SAP of bereidheid om dit snel aan te leren.
  • Heftruck- en reachtruckattest (een voordeel).
  • Sterk leervermogen en vermogen om snel nieuwe vaardigheden op te pikken.
