Data Architect
Mission until the end of the year with possible extension.
Remote : 2 days on site per week
Location : Center of Brussels
- In concrete terms, the assignment will be based around three main areas:
1) Define a data architecture documentation standard aligned with the enterprise architecture standards.
2) In cooperation with the DPO (Data Protection Officer), define a process for assessing the impact of projects on critical processes, operational resilience and business continuity through a high-level BIA (Business Impact Analysis).
3) Document the data architecture within the scope of customer management.
- You have a university degree (computer scientist or civil engineer) and at least two years' experience in data architecture.
- You also have experience in one or more of the following areas: building data warehouses and data platforms, data modelling, database administration and performance optimisation, metadata management, master data management (MDM), functional and technical analysis of business needs (use case), cloud architecture.
- With good conceptual and analytical skills, you are able to apply theory and concepts to practical situations. Your good communication skills and your ability to listen actively enable you to facilitate collaboration and establish a climate of trust, thereby obtaining the support of the various parties involved.
- You will have an active knowledge of French or Dutch and be able to understand and read the other language, as well as having an active knowledge of English.
