Job description

Au sein de l'équipe Infrastructure & Cloud Services, ce poste de support niveau 1 mi-temps a pour rôle d'assurer le bon fonctionnement des services informatiques et la résolution des incidents courants liés à l'environnement Windows et aux pratiques DevOps.

  • Exécuter des actions de gestion quotidienne pour le maintien des serveurs Windows, y compris l'installation, la surveillance, et l'entretien de base.
  • Assister à la gestion des identités et des droits d'accès (IAM) pour garantir la sécurité et la conformité aux standards établis.
  • Traiter les demandes liées à la configuration et au dépannage DNS, en veillant à la continuité et la disponibilité des services web internes.
  • Participer à l’application des pratiques ITIL dans la gestion des incidents, la documentation des interventions et l’amélioration continue des procédures.

Ce poste implique une collaboration directe avec des équipes techniques et non techniques, en français, pour assurer une réponse efficace aux besoins de support informatique en environnement Cloud et Infrastructure.

  • Envie de progresser : Ouvert(e) aux retours, vous souhaitez continuellement développer vos compétences en infrastructure, cloud et pratiques DevOps, même si vous en êtes au début de votre parcours.

Une familiarité avec l’administration Windows Server, la gestion des identités, la configuration DNS ou les bonnes pratiques ITIL est un atout complémentaire, mais pas indispensable si la motivation d’apprendre est solide.

Nous privilégions également les candidats à l’aise avec la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, afin de garantir une communication fluide avec les utilisateurs et l’équipe technique.

The role centers on the management of security incidents, execution of digital forensic analyses, and ongoing threat hunting operations. As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems within a dynamic technology environment, with a special focus on fintech and banking domains.
