Expert Reporting Financier – Assurances

  • Contribuer à la production, l’analyse et la consolidation des rapports financiers périodiques dans le secteur de l’assurance.
  • Assurer l’exactitude des données comptables et la conformité aux normes en vigueur (IFRS/BE GAAP, si applicable).
  • Participer à la gestion comptable de régimes de fonds de pension, avec un suivi adapté aux spécificités du secteur.
  • Effectuer des analyses financières approfondies et accompagner les projets de transformation (project kill) liés au reporting financier.
  • Intervenir dans les missions d’audit interne et de contrôle financier (controlling), en contribuant à l’amélioration continue des processus.
  • Apporter son expertise en cost accounting et contrôle des coûts pour garantir la pertinence des informations remontées.
  • Collaborer avec les différentes équipes internes lors de projets, réunions ou webinaires dédiés au reporting et à la performance financière.

Le poste est à pourvoir pour une durée minimale de six mois renouvelable, au sein d’une grande société d’assurance. L’environnement de travail nécessite une très bonne maîtrise du français et du néerlandais, et la capacité de communiquer aisément dans l’une comme dans l’autre langue. Une expérience de 2 à 3 ans en comptabilité, audit ou analyse financière dans le secteur de l’assurance ou des fonds de pension est attendue. Un master en sciences économiques ou en finance est requis.

  • Formation : Titulaire d’un Master en sciences économiques ou en finance, complété idéalement par une première expérience dans le reporting financier ou l’audit.
  • Langues : Maîtrise professionnelle du français ou du néerlandais et bonne connaissance opérationnelle de l’autre langue.
  • Qualités personnelles : Précision, curiosité, esprit critique, forte orientation vers la qualité et le respect des délais.
  • Connaissances requises : Solide compréhension des normes de reporting financier, gestion comptable et audit interne, avec une appétence particulière pour l’analyse financière approfondie.
  • Savoir-être : Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle, à démontrer de l’agilité dans la conduite de projets et à s’adapter rapidement aux changements ou nouveaux défis.
  • Atout apprécié : Expérience dans le secteur des fonds de pension ou du secteur de l’assurance, soutenue par une expérience opérationnelle de 2 à 3 ans en environnement similaire.
