Retail Growth & Partnerships Manager – Dubai
Job Description
This is a strategic platform development role designed to drive the expansion of retail activation and promotional solutions across the GCC region. You will be responsible for opening new retail platforms, moving beyond traditional key account management to engage multiple stakeholder groups including Loyalty, CRM, Digital, and C-level executives. Your focus will be on structuring pilots, managing complex rollouts, and navigating extended sales cycles while contributing directly to the company's strategic growth and product evolution. This position offers high autonomy and requires a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities within the modern retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and open new retail platforms across the GCC, establishing partnerships with leading retailers
- Engage and influence stakeholders beyond procurement teams, including Loyalty, CRM, Digital, and senior management to drive platform adoption and integration
- Structure pilot programs and manage end-to-end rollout processes, ensuring successful implementation and measurable outcomes
- Navigate complex, extended sales cycles with resilience and strategic planning, maintaining momentum through multiple decision-making stages
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and product evolution by providing market insights and feedback from retail partners
- Build and leverage a strong network of retail contacts to identify new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with retailer objectives and company capabilities
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in modern retail across the GCC region who combine deep industry knowledge with an entrepreneurial mindset. You should be a strategic thinker comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, with the ability to move beyond transactional relationships to drive meaningful partnerships. Your background should demonstrate exposure to loyalty programs, CRM systems, and retail marketing strategy, with the interpersonal skills and resilience needed to navigate complex organizational environments and long-term initiatives.
Experience & Expertise Required:
- min 10 years of professional experience in Modern Trade across the GCC region
- Strong, established network of retail contacts and relationships across major retailers
- Demonstrated exposure to loyalty programs, CRM platforms, and retail marketing strategy
- Fluent English; Arabic language skills strongly preferred
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders and C-suite executives
