En tant qu’Ingénieur Logistique Junior / Medior, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion des flux physiques et d’information depuis la réception des matières premières jusqu’à l’expédition des produits finis.
Votre mission : assurer la coordination des opérations d’entrepôt, optimiser la gestion des stocks et piloter le transport pour garantir un approvisionnement fluide et une distribution efficace, tout en contribuant à l’amélioration continue de la chaîne logistique.

Vos responsabilités

  • Gérer et optimiser les flux de matières premières, composants et produits finis entre l’approvisionnement, la production, l’entrepôt et la distribution.
  • Superviser les opérations d’entrepôt : réception, stockage, préparation de commandes, inventaires, contrôle qualité et expédition.
  • Planifier et suivre les transports (internes et externes), négocier ou coordonner avec les prestataires, et veiller au respect des délais.
  • Mettre en place et documenter des procédures logistiques claires pour l’entreposage, la manutention et le transport.
  • Analyser les performances logistiques (stocks, rotations, taux de service, coûts de transport) et proposer des actions correctives ou préventives.
  • Garantir la conformité des opérations aux normes de sécurité, de qualité et de traçabilité (GMP le cas échéant).
  • Contribuer à des projets d’amélioration continue pour optimiser les espaces de stockage, réduire les délais et améliorer la fiabilité des flux.

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure (Master ou Bachelier) en ingénierie, gestion logistique ou supply chain.
  • Maîtrise du français et bonne aisance en anglais pour évoluer dans un contexte international.
  • Esprit analytique et sens pratique, avec un intérêt marqué pour la logistique opérationnelle et la performance terrain.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec la production, l’entrepôt, les achats et les transporteurs.
  • Première expérience en Logistique / Supply Chain est un atout


Compétences et atouts

  • Bonne compréhension de la gestion des stocks, de la coordination transport et de l’optimisation d’entrepôt.
  • Aisance avec les outils d’analyse et les systèmes de gestion logistique (ERP/WMS).
  • Goût pour le terrain : observer, remettre en question et proposer des améliorations concrètes.
