Mon client, une banque privée reconnue au Luxembourg, est à la recherche d’un(e) Employé(e) Back Office (Corporate Actions / Settlements) pour renforcer ses équipes dynamiques et expérimentées.

Vos responsabilités :

Dans ce rôle, vous serez principalement en charge du traitement administratif des Corporate Actions et des Settlements :

  • Gestion des Corporate Actions : opérations obligatoires ou volontaires sur titres (paiement de coupons, acquisitions, augmentations de capital, divisions…).
  • Gestion des Settlements : règlement de divers mouvements de titres (transactions boursières, transferts internes et externes…), incluant l’exécution opérationnelle de la trésorerie.
  • Collaboration étroite avec les correspondants, gestionnaires de relations et différentes parties internes et externes.
  • Participation aux tâches d’agent de transfert (souscriptions, remboursements, suivi AML…).
  • Préparation de divers rapports internes et externes.
  • Veille au respect de la fiscalité nationale et internationale ainsi qu’à l’application des réglementations en vigueur.
  • Participation à diverses tâches administratives.
  • Contribution active au développement et à l’organisation du département (automatisation des processus, participation à différents projets…).

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou master, idéalement à orientation économique.
  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans une fonction similaire en back-office, dans le secteur bancaire ou financier.
  • Vous disposez d’un bon esprit analytique et d’une excellente résistance au stress.
  • Vous parlez couramment français et anglais. La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
  • Organisation, précision, flexibilité et bonnes capacités de communication sont des qualités essentielles pour cette fonction.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’équipe et votre sens de la ponctualité.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils MS Office.

Junior Accountant – Process Automation & Optimization

Position Overview:This role is responsible for supporting the Financial Controller by combining bookkeeping duties with process automation and optimization initiatives. The Junior Accountant will focus substantially on automating workflows and streamlining internal accounting processes within a 6-month contract, potentially leading to a permanent position.Main Duties:Lead or assist in process improvement projects, such as analyzing and redesigning expense reimbursement workflows.Research and implement automation tools to increase efficiency across accounting functions.Develop scripts and automation solutions, primarily using Python, with possible involvement in VBA-based projects, to reduce repetitive manual tasks.Support daily bookkeeping activities (including general ledger, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations) during peak periods or team absences.Contribute to ongoing enhancements in internal controls and overall financial operations.Scope and Focus:Approximately 70% of responsibilities revolve around process optimization and automation.Remainder devoted to traditional bookkeeping tasks.Expected to work 37.5 hours per week on a 6-month contract with potential for extension or permanence.Technical & Functional Requirements:Python programming skills are essential, particularly for automation. Position Overview:As Team Lead Accounting & Administration in Insurance sector, you oversee and optimize the accounting and administrative operations associated with both Life and Non-Life reinsurance activities.
