Description du Poste

En tant que Comptable Clients, vous plongerez dans le monde dynamique des comptes clients, contribuant à maintenir une trésorerie saine et des comptes clients en excellent état. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des opérations de facturation, le suivi des paiements et la réconciliation des comptes. Votre mission quotidienne allie des tâches comptables et administratives variées, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes pour assurer l'efficacité des processus et la résolution rapide des problèmes de facturation.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Traiter et émettre les factures clients de manière opportune et précise
  • Gérer les opérations intercompagnies
  • Assurer le suivi des créances impayées et gérer les relances de paiement clients
  • Réconcilier les comptes clients et résoudre les écarts
  • Soutenir les activités de clôture mensuelle liées aux comptes clients
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les problèmes de facturation et améliorer les processus
  • Assister l'équipe comptable dans les tâches ponctuelles pendant les périodes chargées

Profil du Candidat

Nous recherchons des candidats possédant une expérience pertinente en comptabilité clients, dotés d'une grande rigueur, d'un professionnalisme affirmé et d'excellentes compétences en communication. Vous êtes un joueur d'équipe respectueux, organisé et orienté solutions, capable de travailler dans une structure légère tout en adhérant aux valeurs fortes de l'entreprise. Vous appréciez la variété des tâches et êtes prêt à sortir de votre zone de confort pour renforcer vos compétences.

Expérience et expertise requises :

  • Expérience pertinente dans une fonction similaire (1 à 2 ans)
  • Diplôme en Comptabilité
  • Expérience avec SAP ou un environnement ERP (obligatoire)
  • Maîtrise d'Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Expérience dans un groupe international (un plus)
