• Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of five years’ relevant experience managing the general ledger and reporting cycles.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with ERP systems—preferably SAP—and Excel. Possess a strong working knowledge of statutory compliance and financial reporting requirements.
• Language Abilities: Fluency in French, Dutch, and English, with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with both local and international stakeholders.
• Personal Qualities: Analytical and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail. Highly reliable under pressure, meeting deadlines and efficiently managing multiple priorities. Comfortable embracing change and actively contributing to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within the accounting domain.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, able to build productive relationships and collaborate across departments. Willingness to support and provide insights during audits and reporting cycles, and to share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
