Scope of Position: Responsible for supporting and advancing the organization's data governance initiatives within the Data & Analytics team.

  • Data Governance Support: Contribute to the development and execution of frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures for robust data governance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to ensure data policies, procedures, and standards are consistently applied across organizational domains.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Assist in keeping track of regulatory requirements related to data governance and help verify that activities remain compliant.
  • Strategy Implementation: Support the rollout and ongoing monitoring of data governance strategies, policies, and procedures organization-wide.
  • Issue and Exception Management: Participate in the review and validation of resolutions for data-related issues and exceptions, as well as monitor ongoing management processes.
  • Awareness and Communication: Promote data governance principles throughout the company, participate in developing awareness campaigns, and assist in organizing relevant trainings.

Key Knowledge Areas:

  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Governance and the Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBoK).
  • Familiarity with relevant data regulations and standards including ISO27K, ISO38505, ISO8000, ISO42001, and EU data strategy regulations.
  • Experience in drafting and implementing data policies and standards, covering data lifecycle, quality, and security.
  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively while supporting organizational data initiatives.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in a diverse and inclusive environment focused on data-driven objectives.

  • Experience with frameworks and standards: Exposure to or interest in advanced standards such as ISO38505, ISO8000, or ISO42001 is valued, along with prior involvement in developing or implementing policies and standards regarding data lifecycle, quality, or security.
  • Experience in policy and awareness: Capable of drafting clear policies, contributing to strategy implementation, and promoting data governance awareness through campaigns or trainings.
  • Language proficiency: Demonstrates full professional fluency in English, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

MES Engineer – Siemens OpCenter Pharma Specialist

Role Overview: As an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Engineer specializing in Siemens OpCenter Execution Pharma, you will support the automation team in the design, development, and start-up of a new plasma purification production line. Your expertise will focus on on-site commissioning activities, testing, and validation, ensuring all MES applications meet project and industry requirements.Coordinate between the engineering team and System Integrator MES programmers during project start-up after application delivery.Participate in MES test executions on the shop floor, directly supporting field engineers in resolving MES issues encountered during commissioning phases.Execute tests in the MES validation environment and accurately complete associated validation protocols using KNEAT or similar systems.Implement corrections related to identified commissioning punch items and review technical solutions provided by the System Integrator, guaranteeing adherence to programming guidelines and project standards.Ensure compliance with best practices for MES development and integration, as relevant to the pharmaceutical production environment.Work primarily on-site at Takeda Lessines (minimum three days per week), with partial homeworking possible depending on project activity.Requirements:Bachelor’s or engineering degree in Computer Science, Automation, or a related discipline, or equivalent proven experience.Practical knowledge of MES Siemens OpCenter Execution Pharma and pharmaceutical industry standards is essential.Proven background in virtual commissioning, integration testing, and MES system validation.Professional proficiency in both French and English is required.Familiarity with batch process manufacturing is considered an asset.

Vous intégrez une équipe dédiée de développement, mobilisée autour de l’application Itérium – outil central utilisé quotidiennement par environ 450 utilisateurs internes répartis sur plusieurs entités du groupe bancaire.Analyse du besoin : étude fonctionnelle des attentes métiers afin de proposer des solutions adaptées.Architecture logicielle : choix et mise en œuvre de solutions techniques robustes répondant aux standards du secteur bancaire, sur une stack incluant C#, VB.NET/Winforms, Web et SQL Server.Respect des exigences de sécurité : conception et développement dans le strict respect des réglementations de sécurité informatique, en lien avec les équipes spécialisées.Diagnostic et résolution : supervision de la continuité de service via l’analyse et la résolution d’incidents complexes liés à l’application.Suivi opérationnel : gestion des mises en production – correctifs et évolutions – pour garantir la stabilité et la performance de l’outil.Documentation : production et mise à jour régulière de la documentation technique pour assurer la pérennité des développements.Le poste s’exerce dans un environnement international, avec des interactions quotidiennes et variées.
