Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator
Position Overview: This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless front desk experience at a luxury couture house in Dubai Design District. The role combines front office operations, administrative support, and basic accounting tasks, all performed with the utmost attention to professionalism and the brand’s high standards.
- Greet and welcome guests and clients, providing a polished and courteous reception experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming communications by answering phone calls and emails in English and ensuring timely, professional responses.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring schedules and logistics are organized and communicated effectively.
- Provide general office support and assist with administrative duties as required for daily studio operations.
- Manage petty cash and assist with basic accounting and record-keeping responsibilities.
- Uphold discretion and confidentiality in all interactions and transactions.
- Ensure the client experience reflects the brand’s expectations of elegance and a customer-focused approach.
Requirements include: A strong command of English (both spoken and written), proven experience in reception or administrative support functions, and the ability to coordinate office maintenance and logistics with professionalism and attentiveness. The ideal candidate is based in Dubai, available for full-time work, and demonstrates excellence in front desk operations, customer service, and professional communication.
