Job description

Dans un contexte de croissance continue et d’expansion multisectorielle, notre partenaire, un acteur majeur sur son marché, recherche son Directeur Administratif et Financier Groupe pour piloter la stratégie financière et orchestrer la future introduction en bourse.

Missions principales :

  • Supervision financière multi-filiales : Encadrement et animation des Finance Managers répartis sur plusieurs entités, avec une vision consolidée et stratégique.
  • Consolidation des comptes & IFRS : Garantir la fiabilité des données financières en conformité avec les normes IFRS, assurer la remontée et l’analyse des performances des différentes filiales.
  • Structuration & financement : Structuration & financement : Élaborer la stratégie financière du groupe, piloter les financements, gérer les relations bancaires et structurer des opérations de levée de fonds pour soutenir la croissance.
  • Introduction en Bourse : Préparer et piloter l’ensemble du processus d’IPO (structuration, due diligence, compliance, relation investisseurs) pour assurer une entrée réussie sur les marchés financiers.
  • Optimisation de la rentabilité : Accompagner la direction dans la prise de décision stratégique en mettant en place des outils de pilotage performants et des KPIs financiers pertinents.
Profile description

Profil recherché du DAF H/F :

  • Expérience avérée en direction financière au sein d’un groupe multi-filiales en forte croissance.
  • Maîtrise impérative des normes IFRS et des process de consolidation.
  • Expérience réussie dans la gestion d’une levée de fonds et/ou d’une introduction en bourse.
  • Capacité à gérer des relations avec des fonds d’investissement et partenaires financiers stratégiques.
  • Leadership et vision stratégique pour structurer une organisation en mouvement.
