Beschrijving van de Functie

Als Planner ben je samen met jouw collega's van het Control Tower team verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie en de voorraadbetrouwbaarheid in ons magazijn. Jouw rol is een combinatie van proactieve planning en nauwkeurig voorraadbeheer. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor het coördineren van klantenorders, het optimaliseren van voorraden en het waarborgen van de integriteit van ons inventarissysteem. Je werkt nauw samen met magazijnmedewerkers, klantendienst en IT-teams om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt en dat onze systemen optimaal presteren.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Klantenorders tijdig starten volgens SLA's en voorraden optimaal plannen zodat magazijnmedewerkers continu kunnen doorwerken
  • Voorraadverschillen analyseren, verwerken en proactief rechtszetten om de nauwkeurigheid van ons systeem te handhaven
  • Cycle-counts en algemene tellingen organiseren en ondersteunen
  • Schadegevallen behandelen en correct documenteren volgens geldende procedures
  • Diepgaand inzicht ontwikkelen in ons ERP- en WMS-systeem en verbeterpunten identificeren
  • Voorstellen doen om de efficiëntie en voorraadnauwkeurigheid te verhogen
  • Nauw samenwerken met de klantendienst voor speciale opdrachten
  • Magazijnmedewerkers ondersteunen bij operationele vragen
  • Strikt de procedures volgens de geldende GDP-regels (Good Distribution Practices) volgen
  • Praktisch bijspringen in het magazijn wanneer dat nodig is

Profiel van de Kandidaat

We zoeken een georganiseerde, nauwkeurige en hands-on professional die een sterke analytische mindset combineert met uitstekende communicatievaardigheden. Je bent iemand die details niet over het hoofd ziet, die graag problemen oplost en die flexibel kan werken in een dynamische magazijnomgeving. Je hebt een logische denkwijze, bent bereid om je handen uit de mouwen te steken en je bent gemotiveerd om processen continu te verbeteren.

Ervaring en Expertise Vereist:

  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en logisch redeneren
  • Vloeiende beheersing van Excel
  • Snelle leercurve voor nieuwe software zoals WMS/ERP-systemen
  • Ervaring met voorraadbeheer en inventory control is een voordeel
  • Kennis van of bereidheid om snel vertrouwd te raken met GDP-richtlijnen (Good Distribution Practices)

In deze positie draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de operationele excellence van ons magazijn en de betrouwbaarheid van onze voorraden. Je werk zorgt ervoor dat klanten hun orders op tijd ontvangen en dat ons inventarissysteem nauwkeurig en efficiënt functioneert.
