Pour notre partenaire dans le secteur du conseil, nous recherchons un Audit Manager :


En tant qu'Audit Manager au sein du département Audit, vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique d’auditeurs intervenant auprès de diverses entreprises et institutions.

Sous votre supervision, l’équipe évalue l’organisation administrative et comptable des clients et contrôle leurs données financières. Grâce à votre expertise des normes d’audit, vous définissez la stratégie avec l’associé et assurez sa mise en œuvre avec votre équipe.


En tant qu'Audit Manager, vous êtes un point de contact clé pour les clients, leur apportant conseils et recommandations stratégiques. Vous pourrez également être impliqué dans des missions spécifiques telles que la due diligence, l’audit interne et les missions réglementaires.

Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l’organisation du département et serez un pilier pour une équipe d’une quinzaine de collaborateurs. Vous veillerez à les guider, les coacher et les aider à évoluer dans leur rôle d’auditeurs.

Profil


Expérience d’environ 7-10 ans en audit, avec une première expérience managériale.

Assertif, communicatif et sociable.

Aptitude à gérer et motiver une équipe, avec une approche orientée coaching.

Solides compétences en organisation et en planification.

Master en économie, finance ou comptabilité.

Français, anglais requis, néerlandais est un plus.

We are urgently hiring an experienced PMO Manager to lead and coordinate an IPO readiness and execution program.
