SAP S/4HANA Project Manager
SAP S/4HANA Migration Project Manager leads the end-to-end migration of the SAP ECC system to SAP S/4HANA. The position is accountable for project planning, coordination, and successful execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee project planning and scheduling, defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines for the SAP migration initiative.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including collaboration between internal SAP specialists and external SAP vendors.
- Supervise vendor management, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery of services by SAP partners.
- Engage in systems administration tasks as they relate to the migration, in collaboration with IT support teams to guarantee operational stability during transition.
- Align business and IT requirements to provide seamless business continuity and drive technical advancement through migration.
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP MM, and SAP SD knowledge in project execution.
- Communicate fluently in English and French, and effectively in Dutch, to facilitate coordination among multicultural teams and stakeholders.
The scope centers on delivering a smooth, efficient, and technically sound migration, while maintaining operational reliability and achieving project objectives within established guidelines.

- Technical Acumen: Possesses in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC systems. Has solid hands-on experience with integration points in SAP MM and SD modules, enabling seamless transition and business continuity.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement: Adept at managing vendors, holding partners accountable for deliverables, and ensuring alignment between external providers and internal IT teams. Maintains professionalism under pressure and negotiates effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Comfortable operating in an international environment with fluency in English and French, and working proficiency in Dutch.
- Personal Qualities: Analytical thinker, solutions-oriented, and resilient. Demonstrates a natural ability to motivate, guide, and empower others, while maintaining focus on organizational goals and transformation outcomes.
