Insurance Manager
Role Overview: The Insurance Manager oversees key business functions and ensures seamless collaboration between business and IT stakeholders. This role is responsible for business planning, alignment, and reporting to all stakeholders, as well as implementing and coordinating strategic change projects.
- Business Planning & Reporting: Lead and align planning activities with stakeholders, manage performance metrics, and deliver regular reports to senior management.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of business projects and ensure effective communication between diverse teams, including business and IT.
- Market Monitoring: Continuously track external market trends and innovations to inform business strategy and planning.
- Customer Service Quality: Drive high standards for customer service by ensuring team training, designing streamlined processes, and analyzing client feedback to implement improvements. Oversee governance of service quality, productivity, and optimal dispatch of operational requests.
- Workforce Management: Plan and manage workforce allocation for operational teams to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently.
- Internal Control & Reporting: Maintain governance frameworks, compliance, and provide comprehensive reporting on operational and financial data from the data warehouse.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement best-in-class business procedures and communication strategies supporting business transformation objectives.
Required Capabilities: Master’s degree with extensive experience managing business or IT projects, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is essential. Familiarity with the healthcare sector and experience in managing complex change environments are advantageous.
