Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and coordinate our projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects within the program.

- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Manage program budget, ensuring financial accountability and resource optimization.
Your profile:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
