Business Analyst Mainframe
As a Senior Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:
- Support for Business Analysts: Offer guidance on how to structure requirements and define functional content to assist other business analysts in their tasks.
- Solution Evaluation: Work closely with the architecture team to assess and refine solutions within cross-functional projects.
- Functional Coordination: Serve as the main functional point of contact, liaising between the product manager, commercial stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Business Requirements Handling: Collect, analyze, and document business needs, contributing actively to their definition and formalization.
- Requirements Readiness: Ensure that requirements are complete and well-prepared before being transferred to the development team.
- Testing Preparation and Execution: Collaborate with the testing team from the initial requirement stages to design test scenarios, and/or prepare and execute tests when needed.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential delivery risks and address defects or problems to maintain project timelines.
- Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate a smooth handover from project development to maintenance by producing thorough documentation for the applications.
Your profile :
- You have more than 3 years' experience as Business Analyst
- You speak French and English
- You have knowledge of Cobol and mainframe environment
- You have experience in insurance, it's a great plus
