Als Internal Sales Assistant ben je de vaste contactpersoon voor B2B-klanten in de Nederlandse markt bij een wereldspeler in vloerbekleding. Je beheert het volledige ordertraject voor deze zakelijke accounts en adviseert hen proactief over de meest efficiënte logistieke planning voor hun bestellingen. Om alles vlekkeloos te laten verlopen, fungeer je als de onmisbare schakel tussen de zakelijke klant en interne afdelingen zoals productie, planning en het magazijn


Je verantwoordelijkheden:


  • Beheer van de klantenportefeuille: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks opvolgen van het orderboek voor een vaste groep B2B-klanten in de Nederlandse markt.
  • Order- en leveringsopvolging: Je bewaakt het volledige proces van bestelling tot levering en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling.
  • Logistiek advies: Je adviseert klanten over de meest optimale belading van vrachtwagens om transportkosten en efficiëntie te verbeteren.
  • Digitale ondersteuning: Je begeleidt en ondersteunt klanten bij het optimaal gebruiken van het online bestelplatform.
    Interne coördinatie: Je fungeert als centrale schakel door voortdurend af te stemmen met afdelingen zoals planning, het magazijn, credit controle en de externe salescollega's.
  • Proactieve probleemoplossing: Je signaleert vertragingen of knelpunten in de levering van ingewikkelde producten en lost deze op voordat de klant er hinder van ondervindt.
  • Teamondersteuning & Projecten: Je fungeert als back-up voor directe collega's om de continuïteit te waarborgen en neemt deel aan extra projecten binnen de divisie.


Je vereisten voor de functie:


  • Opleiding en ervaring: Je beschikt over een hoger diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring
  • Persoonlijke drive: Je bent flexibel, leergierig en hebt een positieve attitude waardoor je vlot meedraait in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Kernvaardigheden: Je werkt nauwkeurig en organisatorisch sterk, waarbij je altijd teamgericht en stressbestendig blijft.
  • Klant- en oplossingsgerichtheid: Je bent proactief en denkt in oplossingen om de klant de beste service te bieden.
  • IT-kennis: Je bent handig met computersystemen en programma's; ervaring met SAP is een groot pluspunt.
    Talenkennis: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede beheersing van het Engels.
  • Communicatiestijl: Je staat bekend om je heldere communicatie en je vermogen om het overzicht over het grotere geheel te beware
