They are looking for someone who can :

  • Manage the SLA's
  • Participate in compliance audits and ensure that everybody is following the guidelines
  • Work with multiples teams to define project scope, deliverables...
  • Identify risk and implement the corrective measures
  • Collaborate with multiple departments
Profile description

If you have :

  • 5 years' experience in service delivery
  • Experience with ITIL environment
  • Experience in managing project on a end-to-end basics
  • Good communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with MS office
  • Fluency English, French and/or Dutch
  • ITIL certification is a plus

Infrastructure Engineer
