Senior Business Controller
With the help of the Group Head of Finance, carry out daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial analyses, such as:
- Monthly/Year-to-date reporting (operational performance analysis)
- Definition & monitoring of strategic KPIs for the business and management
- Monthly P&L reporting, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
- Monthly rolling forecast (end-of-year projection)
- Medium-term 5-year plan and annual budgeting
Be responsible for managing the budgeting and business planning process (timeline, stakeholders, process coordination, data collection, result synthesis, and presentation to the CFO)
Be the preferred business partner for management, departments, and business units to:
- Define and monitor a set of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare analysis reports on their evolution
- Help/challenge the business to define actions to ensure future performance
Play a key role in evaluating and selecting future strategic projects + ensure analysis of results thereafter
Identify and initiate necessary internal audit controls (e.g.: analysis of stocks & stock movements, cash, sales and purchase prices, etc.)
Master the tools available to the management control team:
- Business Intelligence tool to accelerate reporting and ensure the reliability of analyses by reconciling operational and accounting data
- Reporting/budgeting/business planning tool
The ideal candidate for the Business Controller position will possess a degree in finance or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a deep understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and proficiency in French is a plus.

You have also quick and clear adaptability, organizational skills and pay attention to detail. Plus, you are stress resilient.
