Job description

Een zeer goede klant van mij, een echte 'real estate giant', is op zoek naar een analytische Portfolio Manager. Mijn klant is al meer dan 80 jaar gespecialiseerd in het optimaliseren van onroerend goed, het verlenen van strategisch advies, en het begeleiden van klanten in al hun vastgoedbehoeften. Hun ervaring wordt gekoppeld aan een eigentijdse, frisse visie op vastgoed en zaken doen. Ze zijn de dag van vandaag opzoek naar een analytische Portfolio Manager. In deze functie, gevestigd in Antwerpen, komen jouw analytische en financiële vaardigheden volledig tot hun recht. De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:


  • Bewaken en analyseren van kosten: Zorgvuldig toezicht houden op uitgaven en kostenpatronen binnen de organisatie.
  • Opstellen van budgetten: Creëren van gedetailleerde budgetten en bewaken van de voortgang om ervoor te zorgen dat de financiële doelen worden bereikt.
  • Financiële rapportages: Maken van uitgebreide financiële rapporten en geven van kostenbesparende aanbevelingen om de efficiëntie te verbeteren.
  • Portefeuillebeheer: Proactieve opvolging van de portefeuille, inclusief indexaties, doorrekenen en verdeling van kosten, en opvolging van contractuele voorwaarden.


Profile description

Wie ben jij?:

  • Je hebt minimaal een Bachelor-opleiding in een economische of juridische richting of minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je houdt van een uitdaging en zet deze om in echte doelstellingen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en discreet.
  • Proactief, communicatief sterk, sociaal en positief ingesteld.
  • Tweetalig (NL/FR) met kennis van Engels.
