Director, Strategy & Operations
Infinity AI, a new regional holding company formed through a joint venture between Infinity Constellation (NYC) and leading MENA investors, is seeking a senior professional to drive commercial and operating success across its diverse portfolio of AI-driven businesses in essential service sectors.
- Strategy & GTM: Define and execute go-to-market strategies for each portfolio business. Set and manage service prioritization, pricing methods, and establish margin guardrails for sustainable growth. Prepare and implement market entry strategies tailored to unique regional opportunities.
- Partnerships & Growth: Develop frameworks for collaboration across Infinity AI companies and with outside partners. Lead the negotiation, structuring, and launch of strategic partnerships designed to drive top-line revenue and expand Infinity AI’s footprint. Focus on partnership development and unlock new commercial channels.
- Operations & Delivery: Architect best-in-class operating models—including core workflows, roles, and delivery cadences. Oversee the implementation and scaling of operational systems. Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery while maintaining target margins. Oversee operational elements, potentially including areas such as warehouse management, to optimize service delivery.
- Technology and Systems: Apply direct experience with Agentic AI systems (including multi-agent workflows, automation platforms, and applied LLMs) to enhance product and service delivery. Utilize tools such as CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), project management platforms (Jira, Asana, Notion), spreadsheets, and basic Figma interface for collaborative execution.
- Scope & Objectives: Act as a hands-on operator with end-to-end accountability for driving portfolio revenue and margin targets, incorporating both big-picture strategic planning and detailed oversight of daily execution.

The ideal person thrives in ambiguity, is energized by building and scaling from the ground up, and demonstrates outstanding leadership across diverse, multi-stakeholder contexts.
- Strategic Thinker & Operator: You possess a strong foundation in strategy and operational leadership, ideally gained from consulting, venture studio, startup/scale-up, or portfolio/PE settings. You are adept at crafting bold growth strategies and executing decisive go-to-market initiatives that deliver tangible revenue and margin results.
- Innovative Systems Builder: You naturally approach problems as systems — architecting efficient frameworks, evolving playbooks, and driving continuous improvement. You can design and implement operating models that enable scaling while maintaining rigor and quality.
- AI-First Mindset: You are deeply comfortable with applied AI, especially agentic AI systems, automation platforms, and LLMs, and understand both their commercial potential and technical considerations. You can translate technical capabilities into compelling business narratives and effective commercialization strategies.
- Growth Catalyst: You are motivated by market entry and expansion, identifying untapped opportunities and structuring strategic partnerships that drive significant value. You are a skilled negotiator and collaborator, able to build trust quickly with internal and external partners alike.
- Operational Excellence: You are execution-oriented and relentlessly focused on delivering projects to target outcomes—on time, on budget, and at desired margins. You have a track record of setting effective processes and ensuring teams and initiatives progress in a coordinated, high-performance manner.
- Practical Tool Proficiency: You are comfortable using key digital tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Notion, Google Sheets, and can navigate basic design files (Figma) to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Polished Communicator: You operate fluently and persuasively in English, bringing clarity, gravitas, and influence to every interaction—be it boardroom discussions, partner negotiations, or team alignment meetings.
- Personal Qualities: You are intellectually curious, highly adaptable, and possess an entrepreneurial drive. You maintain a global perspective, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for unlocking new opportunities in fast-evolving, emerging markets.
