Job description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Gentis UAE, you will become the go-to person in one of our markets that is still available.

Profile description

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Search for talent using multiple sources such as LinkedIn and our own platform
  • Conduct a complete mapping exercise by gathering relevant information about appropriate industries and target companies, identifying potential prospects, sources, and managing responses
  • Effectively represent the client in the marketplace, using various recruitment methods
  • Develop and present a list of selected and qualified candidates to each client
  • Anticipate needs to drive the search to completion and be prepared to provide additional information, such as industry trends, market results, reactions to the opportunity, compensation data, etc.
  • Prepare organized information for client reports or follow-up meetings
  • Stay aware of activities and changes in the general business environment and the industry specifically
  • Call prospects and engage with potential clients at events by building relationships
  • Contribute to responses to new contract inquiries as well as business development activities.

Position Overview:Based in Brussels, this role involves overseeing a team of four accountants, ensuring optimal workload distribution, productivity, and compliance with internal procedures and company policies.
