Als Medewerker Ocean Export ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een soepel en tijdig verloop van vrachtprocessen en informatiestromen binnen de exportafdeling. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het leveren van uitzonderlijke klantenservice en het handhaven van operationele excellentie. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en externe partners om ervoor te zorgen dat alle zendingen correct, volledig en volgens alle regelgeving worden verwerkt. Dit is een dynamische functie die proactief handelen, nauwkeurigheid en sterke communicatievaardigheden vereist.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Waarborgen van een soepel en tijdig vrachtprocesverloop
  • Nauwkeurige en tijdige gegevensinvoer in het operationele systeem
  • Bijhouden en traceren van Ocean Export-dossiers en rapportage
  • Naleving van alle interne en externe regelgeving en overheidsvoorschriften
  • Analyse van departementale processen en identificatie van best practices ter verbetering van operationele efficiëntie en productiviteit
  • Waarborgen dat alle klantspecifieke standaardprocedures (DLSOPs) actueel zijn en correct worden toegepast
  • Beheer van internationale communicatie met snelle en professionele reacties op e-mails en verzoeken van interne en externe partijen
  • Escalatie van problemen naar management wanneer nodig

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

We zoeken een gemotiveerde professional met minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar werkervaring in de exportoperaties (geen importervaring). Je bent iemand die flexibel kan werken, niet vastgebonden aan een starre 9-tot-5 mentaliteit.
Je bent proactief, georganiseerd en bezit sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden met het vermogen om duidelijk te communiceren en positieve resultaten te bereiken.

  • 2 tot 3 jaar werkervaring in ocean export operaties
  • Begrip van ocean documentatieprocessen (een voordeel)
  • Goede computervaardigheden (Excel, Word)
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
  • Certificering Gevaarlijke Stoffen (voorkeur)
  • Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Effectieve interpersoonlijke vaardigheden met vermogen tot luisteren, begrijpen en helder communiceren
  • Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om buiten vaste werktijden te werken
  • Aandacht voor detail en nauwkeurigheid
  • Bereidheid om zich aan te passen aan bedrijfscultuur en -richtlijnen
