Junior Mechanical Design Engineer
As a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will contribute to the entire lifecycle of machinery projects, from initial concept through to production. You are responsible for design and engineering, supporting prototyping, testing and verification, production tooling, documentation, and quality control—all while ensuring adherence to quality and timeline requirements. Your role includes close interaction with suppliers and both internal and external customers in a global context.
- Generate innovative concepts and translate creative ideas into practical solutions that enhance product performance and efficiency.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and idea generation, as well as modelling and demonstrating mechanical concepts.
- Create 3D designs using tools such as AutoCAD 3D, and support process and spare parts design efforts as needed.
- Ensure technical documentation is comprehensive and up to date throughout project phases.
- Contribute to quality assurance and quality control activities, collaborating closely with the QA/QC teams.
- Assist with project management tasks to maintain project momentum and meet product margin objectives.

- Strong Technical Foundation: Holds a master’s degree in electromechanics or mechanical design, with either hands-on experience in mechanical design engineering (especially in machine-building) or a record of outstanding academic achievement as a recent graduate.
- Adaptable and Dynamic: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and able to balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Technology Enthusiast: Has a genuine passion for advanced technology and is excited to contribute to innovative, high-tech engineering solutions that impact the future.
- Effective Communicator: Fluent in English, with the ability to clearly document and share ideas, technical concepts, and project outcomes.
- Versatile Skills: Brings well-rounded skills in areas such as 3D mechanical design, process engineering, process design, technical documentation, quality control, project management, and spare parts management.
