Job description

DETAILPLANNER

Ben jij analytisch sterk, heb je ervaring in planning en voel je je thuis in een productieomgeving? Dan is deze functie binnen de detailplanning van de montageafdeling iets voor jou.

Als Detailplanner zorg je voor een vlotte onderdelenflow en een efficiënte opvolging van productieorders binnen de afdeling.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Planning & Capaciteit: Opvolgen van planning, capaciteit en voortgang van de voormontage.
  • Detailplanning: Opstellen van de detailplanning per werkcenter.
  • ERP-opvolging: Beheren en opvolgen van productieorders in het ERP-systeem en vrijgeven van materialen voor productie.
  • Onderdelenflow: Zorgen voor een optimale onderdelenflow binnen de afdeling (proactief en curatief).
  • Interne samenwerking: Brug slaan tussen verschillende afdelingen om tot efficiënte oplossingen te komen.
  • Administratie: Correcte administratieve afhandeling van productieorders bewaken.
  • Probleemanalyse: Analyseren van achterliggende oorzaken wanneer processen niet optimaal verlopen.
  • Masterdata-optimalisatie: In samenspraak met Supply Chain en Production Engineering masterdata aanpassen om processen te verbeteren.



Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding: Bachelor diploma.
  • Ervaring: Stabiele ervaring in planning.
  • Technische kennis: Kennis van techniek, productie en/of logistiek is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Talen: Vlot Nederlands en Engels, kennis Frans is een plus.
  • Systemen: Vlot met ERP- en WMS-systemen.
  • IT-vaardig: Goede kennis van Office (Excel, Word, BI, …).
  • Competenties: Analytisch sterk, zelfstandig en gestructureerd.
