Nous recherchons un Business Developer Infrastructure passionné et motivé pour rejoindre l’un de nos clients, un acteur majeur de l’industrie lourde.

Missions principales :

  • Identifier et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités de marché.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de pénétration et de développement commercial.
  • Négocier et conclure des contrats avec les partenaires et clients potentiels.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour évaluer la faisabilité des projets.
  • Analyser les tendances du marché et ajuster les stratégies commerciales en conséquence.
  • Assurer une communication efficace avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées.


Profile description

Compétences requises et profil recherché

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur d'État ou équivalent en génie civil, génie industriel ou tout autre domaine technique pertinent.
  • Expérience significative en développement commercial, idéalement dans la métallurgie ou les infrastructures.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Solides compétences en négociation et en gestion de projet.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives.
  • Esprit d’analyse et grande capacité d’adaptation aux évolutions du marché.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des techniques de prospection commerciale.

This position plays a pivotal role across the full project lifecycle, from pre-bid technical reviews through offshore campaign support.
