As a GenAI Solution Architect, you will design and implement advanced AI-powered personal assistant systems for a leading Belgian insurance provider. Your core mission focuses on creating secure, scalable, and high-performing AI architectures that integrate seamlessly within a modern cloud ecosystem and established enterprise frameworks.

  • Solution Architecture Design: Develop cloud-native AI assistant solutions leveraging Azure AI, AKS, and API Gateways. Ensure integration with platforms including Mistral AI, KORE.AI, and Salesforce.
  • AI Governance & Compliance: Establish secure-by-design AI solutions featuring guardrails, defense against prompt injection, explainability tools, traceability, and audit trail mechanisms. Ensure all systems are fully aligned with internal and external compliance requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with enterprise architects, DevOps, cloud engineering, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to uphold scalability, reliability, and data flow integrity across the ecosystem.
  • Platform Development & Integration: Lead the deployment and integration of GenAI agents optimized for insurance industry use cases. Define foundational architecture components, encompassing APIs and data pipelines.

Technical Environment: Work with tools and platforms such as PromptFlow, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, Azure Functions, ELK stack, Azure ML Pipelines, Azure Data Factory, AKS, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Salesforce, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Policy. Demonstrate proficiency in MLOps and GraphQL API development.

Certifications: The role requires strong expertise evidenced by the AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect certification. Familiarity with AI-102 and TOGAF 9.2 is beneficial.

This position operates in an English-language environment and requires 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or cloud solution architecture with a proven background in secure Azure-based solutions and large language model integrations.

Architecte IT – Alternatives Souveraines Microsoft (Paris/Bordeaux – CDI)Dans le cadre d’une réflexion stratégique sur la réduction de dépendance à l’écosystème Microsoft, le rôle consiste à assurer l’analyse, l’évaluation et la mise en œuvre d’alternatives souveraines au sein du système d’information, en particulier sur les environnements M365, tout en garantissant continuité de service, maîtrise des coûts et souveraineté numérique.Cartographier et évaluer les briques Microsoft (notamment M365) en place et leurs usages dans le SI.Identifier des solutions souveraines : open source, cloud de confiance, services européens, etc., adaptées à chaque composant.Organiser et animer des ateliers avec les parties prenantes (métiers, IT, RSSI, DPO) pour recueillir besoins, contraintes et impacts.Analyser les dimensions techniques et financières, incluant coûts, délais de déploiement, et réversibilité.Construire des scénarios d’évolution à 3, 6 et 9 ans pour une transition partielle ou totale hors de l’écosystème Microsoft.Définir une stratégie de reconquête pour les briques Microsoft difficiles à substituer.Élaborer une feuille de route pragmatique, graduelle et réaliste, intégrant gouvernance, sécurité, intégration SI et accompagnement du changement.Le rôle nécessite la gestion de la modélisation d’architectures d’entreprise, l’intégration cloud souverain, la sécurité des endpoints, et la coordination des parties prenantes internes et externes.Il implique le pilotage de démarches complexes dans des contextes publics ou réglementés, en étroite collaboration avec la DSI et les directions générales, en assurant la restitution stratégique des travaux engagés.

MES Engineer

MES Engineer (Manufacturing Execution System)The MES Engineer is responsible for overseeing and validating the integration of the MES system, working closely with both an external MES integrator and internal teams, including quality, production, and engineering.On-site presence required at least 3 days per week, with the option for up to 2 days remote work weekly.Ideally a minimum of three years MES experience on systems such as Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma.Main Responsibilities:Act as the liaison between engineering, quality, and external MES programmers to ensure seamless system integration.Participate in design, FAT/pre-FAT testing, commissioning, and field validation phases.Execute validation tests (using KNEAT) and systematically manage punch lists.Validate system developments and corrections from the integrator, ensuring compliance with project standards and best practices.Maintain continuous coordination and communication with internal stakeholders and report regularly to the MES Manager.Required Background:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in automation, industrial IT, or equivalent field.Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.Fluency in French and English; familiarity with DCS and batch processes is an advantage.
