GenAI Solution Architect – Insurance Sector
As a GenAI Solution Architect, you will design and implement advanced AI-powered personal assistant systems for a leading Belgian insurance provider. Your core mission focuses on creating secure, scalable, and high-performing AI architectures that integrate seamlessly within a modern cloud ecosystem and established enterprise frameworks.
- Solution Architecture Design: Develop cloud-native AI assistant solutions leveraging Azure AI, AKS, and API Gateways. Ensure integration with platforms including Mistral AI, KORE.AI, and Salesforce.
- AI Governance & Compliance: Establish secure-by-design AI solutions featuring guardrails, defense against prompt injection, explainability tools, traceability, and audit trail mechanisms. Ensure all systems are fully aligned with internal and external compliance requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with enterprise architects, DevOps, cloud engineering, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to uphold scalability, reliability, and data flow integrity across the ecosystem.
- Platform Development & Integration: Lead the deployment and integration of GenAI agents optimized for insurance industry use cases. Define foundational architecture components, encompassing APIs and data pipelines.
Technical Environment: Work with tools and platforms such as PromptFlow, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, Azure Functions, ELK stack, Azure ML Pipelines, Azure Data Factory, AKS, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Salesforce, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Policy. Demonstrate proficiency in MLOps and GraphQL API development.
Certifications: The role requires strong expertise evidenced by the AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect certification. Familiarity with AI-102 and TOGAF 9.2 is beneficial.
This position operates in an English-language environment and requires 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or cloud solution architecture with a proven background in secure Azure-based solutions and large language model integrations.

- Exceptional Communicator: Fluency in English and an ability to write and speak clearly in complex technical and business contexts, ensuring seamless cross-team collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
