Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet expérimenté pour piloter des projets industriels complexes en Wallonie, spécialisés dans le génie civil et les poses d'échafaudages. Vous gérerez des projets de grande envergure de la conception à la réalisation, en coordonnant les équipes multidisciplinaires, en respectant délais et budgets, et en garantissant la conformité aux normes de sécurité et qualité.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Planifier et superviser l'ensemble des phases du projet
  • Coordonner les équipes techniques, sous-traitants et fournisseurs
  • Gérer budgets, délais et ressources
  • Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité, environnement et qualité
  • Effectuer des visites régulières sur site
  • Rédiger la documentation et rapports de suivi
  • Communiquer avec clients, autorités et parties prenantes
  • Identifier et gérer les risques potentiels
  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire wallonne

Profil du Candidat

Organisé, proactif, capable de décisions rapides sous pression, avec leadership naturel et orientation vers la sécurité et l'excellence.

Expérience et expertise requises :

  • Diplôme de bachelier en construction ou génie civil
  • Minimum 5 ans en gestion de projets industriels ou poses d'échafaudages
  • Maîtrise du français écrit et parlé
  • Connaissance de base du néerlandais
  • Expérience en gestion budgétaire et ressources
  • Connaissance des normes de sécurité et qualité
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet
