About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Private Banker to join a well-established financial institution based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, providing tailored wealth management solutions and contributing to the growth of the bank's private banking activities in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Acquire new clients and generate business through an established network and proactive business development activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted financial advisor.
  • Understand clients' financial needs, investment objectives and risk profiles.
  • Provide tailored wealth management and investment solutions across various asset classes and financial products.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and maximise the potential of existing client relationships.
  • Work closely with investment specialists, portfolio managers and internal stakeholders to deliver a high level of client service.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and KYC/AML procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing HNW/UHNW client relationships.
  • An established client network and demonstrable ability to generate new business.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets and wealth management solutions.
  • Previous experience within an international or private banking institution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE financial services environment and regulatory framework.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
