Finance Manager – Construction industry

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (full-time)

We are partnering with a leading mid-to-large-scale contractor based in Saudi Arabia, with a solid track record across prominent developments in Riyadh.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead their accounting and financial control function. This is a pivotal role with the potential to evolve into a higher leadership position depending on the success of the selected candidate.

The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, strengthening accounting processes, and introducing best practices that align with the company’s ambitious growth plans. You will oversee a team of finance professionals and play a key role in the upcoming ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets).
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Strengthen internal controls and streamline financial procedures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Drive process improvements and ERP adoption across the finance function.
• Mentor and develop the finance team to reach their full potential.
